Arasele started at FruitSmart in 2017. She is responsible for guiding, directing, and managing all Human Resource services, policies, procedures and programs; and, ensuring that the organization is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Arasele holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with an emphasis in Human Resources and is SHRM Certified. Arasele loves to travel and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
