Cora started at FruitSmart in May of 2012. She oversees all the Quality Food Safety programs at FruitSmart. Starting her career in food processing and manufacturing in 1999, gives her over 20 years of experience in the industry. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree specializing in microbiology at Central Washington University. Cora is also certified as a FSMA PCQI, and fully trained as an internal auditor, in HACCP and in BRC regulations. She is well suited to help find solutions in many areas of processing and ingredient applications. Outside of work, Cora enjoys reading, spending time with her family, cooking, and camping.
