Ray joined the FruitSmart team in 2025 as Director of Operations. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he brings more than two decades of leadership experience in food processing, agriculture, energy, and project management. Known for his hands-on leadership style and focus on continuous improvement, Ray has built his career around turning complex challenges into streamlined, efficient operations. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors—whether skiing in the winter, hunting, riding motorcycles, or spending time with his family. Ray brings the same energy and passion to life as he does to leading teams.
