Everything goes well with cheese … even fruit! The sharp and savory profile of parmesan along with apple pieces … add classic herbs and spices for a tasty snack or salad topper!
Combine seasoning ingredients until well blended; set aside. On a parchment lined cookie sheet, sprinkle 5 to 10 apple pieces followed by parmesan cheese on top of apples at several locations of the cookie sheet. Sprinkle a pinch of seasoning on top of each pile. Bake at 350°F for 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow crisps to cool for 20 minutes. Eat them alone or as toppers for salad.
