Lean Orchard Burger

Take lean beef, add some fruit, condiments, spices … and you get a juicy burger you will not put down … and you might have another!


Lean Ground Beef:
340 grams (12 oz)
Balsamic Vinegar:
13 grams (1 Tbs)
12 grams
Dijon Mustard:
11 grams (2 Tbs)
Garlic Minced:
5 grams (1 clove)
Worcestershire Sauce:
4.2 grams (1 Tbs)
Ground Pepper:
0.6 grams (0.25 tsp)

Mixing Directions

Mix all ingredients together, allow the mix to rest 10 minutes. Form into 3 large patties, wrap and place in freezer. Burgers will hold for up to 4 weeks. Set barbeque grill on high. Place burgers on grill and cook until grill marks appear on each side. Best consumed medium rare.
