Apple Chips are great as a standalone snack or with savory and/or sweet topical seasoning.
Chipotle Cheese Seasoning:
Cheddar Cheese Powder: 3 tbsp
Date Powder, 20 Mesh: 3 tsp
*Tomato Powder: 1 tbsp
Chili Powder: 1 tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
*Chipotle Powder: 1 tbsp
Onion Powder: 0.5 tsp
Garlic Powder: 0.25 tsp
MSG: 0.5 tsp
Apple Spray:
NFC Apple Juice: 100g
Water: 100g

Apple spray: add water to NFC apple juice in a spray bottle, shake well.
Spread apple chips onto dehydrator rack and apply apple spray onto chips. Sprinkle seasoning onto chips. Place rack(s) into dehydrator for 1-2 hours at 120° to 150° F.
Remove from dehydrator and allow to cool before eating.
Apple Chips, granules and pieces of various sizes work well in bakery applications, dry mixes, granola, fruit preparations, etc.
