Raspberry Dipper Sticks & Nutella™

The best way to enjoy Nutella™ is dipped with raspberry dipper sticks. Made from upcycled raspberry seed powder, these biscotti inspired sticks are high in fiber, polyphenols and are Paleo diet friendly.


All Purpose Flour:
180 grams (1.5 cup)
132 grams (2/3 cup)
113 grams (2 large)
85 grams (6 tbs)
Vanilla Extract:
10.5 grams (2.5 tsp)
Baking Powder:
6 grams (1.5 tsp)
3 grams (0.5 tsp)
Raspberry Flavor:
2.5 grams (0.5 tsp)

Mixing Directions

In stand mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, salt, vanilla, raspberry flavor & baking powder. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in the eggs. Add flour and seed powder and stir at low speed until smooth texture, dough will be sticky (consistency of Play Doh). Allow dough to rest for 10 minutes, then roll it to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into 3-inch sticks and place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 14 minutes. Remove from oven and allow sticks to cool for 20 minutes. Serve the sticks with Nutella™ or other sweet dips.
