Elvira started at FruitSmart in 2018. She is responsible for food safety and quality programs for Beverage and Dry division facilities to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, customer, and third-party requirements. Elvira holds a B.S. in Environmental and Ecosystems with a minor in Biology from Washington State University and is HACCP and PCQI Certified. Elvira started her career in a laboratory setting while finishing her degree. Soon after graduation, she moved into the food industry where she has maintained a position in Quality ever since. Outside of the office, Elvira enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
